Struggling with body aches and stiffness??

Have you tried:

  • Chiropractic

  • Massage

  • Physical therapy

But still feel like something is off?? Or the pain/stiffness keeps coming back?

Get to the Root of the Problem.

There are three pieces to the pain puzzle: our muscles, our joints, and our connective tissue!

Connective tissue is like a fabric that supports, protects, & stabilizes our muscles, joints, organs, & bones. There is a microscopic flow of fluid that moves through this tissue bringing oxygen & nutrients while also maintaining the "slide & glide" of our muscles & joints.

Through day-to-day repetitive activities (like sitting, typing, looking down at our phones, etc.) or injuries our connective tissue can become compressed or "dehydrated" in the sense that fluid cannot flow to where it is needed.

Body Restore classes utilize the MELT soft roller to gently restore fluid flow in our connective tissue, relieving pain and stiffness.

You will leave feeling great!

As connective tissue becomes compressed and stiff, we can develop a variety of issues including:

  • Arthritis

  • Joint Pain

  • Back Pain

  • Neck/Shoulder Pain

  • Hip/Pelvis Pain

How does dehydration in connective tissue affect how we feel?

Connective tissue is meant to slide and glide.

When compression or stiffening happens it causes issues in that particular area, but it ALSO can cause problems in other areas.

Stiffening or compression in the connective tissue of one area can pull or tug on other areas causing alignment problems and even pain in another area.

This can be why we feel better after an adjustment or massage but within a day or two the pain or stiffness is back.

Meet Joyce!

Hello! My name is Joyce and the MELT Method has been a part of my self-care at home for many years.

I know what it feels like to be in pain from an injury or health setback. Even after doing everything my doctors and physical therapists told me, I still struggled with lingering muscle & joint issues after a broken leg (and then a car accident later that year) in 2019.

That's because traditional therapies typically work on muscles or joints but leave out a vital piece of the recovery puzzle: connective tissue.

The MELT Method is a simple practice anyone can do to bring hydration back to their connective tissue, eliminating stiffness and pain from the body.

Whether your issues come from a specific injury or health issue or have built up over time due to repetitive movements at work or in fitness - MELT can help you to recover.

What Our Community is Saying...

Michelle - Illinois

"I loved the class and will be coming to additional classes. Joyce is a great instructor and explains the "why" and "how" this method is so beneficial. I have already melted today at my office desk!"

Robin - Illinois

"Great class! Joyce does a good job of explaining the melt method. It felt great. Can’t wait to keep going with what I learned. It all makes sense. I’m really glad I went and can’t wait to learn more!"

Sally Zell, LMT - Illinois

"The quality of the surface of the MELT balls is such that you can mimic techniques a therapist can do such as compress, pin and stretch, cross fiber, and stripping tissues. If gives you the opportunity to be present in your own body, listening to what it needs.:

Kamila Denton (Sarah's Mom) - Texas

"Sarah was born with “duck feet” both feet kicked outward. Because of it she didn’t walk until 18 months old. Her whole childhood she tended to be lazy & avoided being on her feet as much as she could. She often complained about leg pain. At 18 years old after only one 10 minute foot session her feet were pointing in the right way for the first time in her life. Her leg pain was gone!

Melt changes lives."
